Jungles Jungles is a Melbourne-based label, pioneering a graphic-heavy approach to unisex street-wear. With a high-end stockist list of dreams including Dover Street Market, Nordstrom & Chinatown Country Club, the primary objective of my work with Jungles Jungles was to scale their direct to customer sales and revenue.
To do this, I designed, built and scaled Meta ads across Australia and the US. Having identified e-commerce conversion rate as the predominate pitfall for B2C sales, I developed a strategic plan to increase conversion rate over a three month time frame. Through this process I rolled out EDM flows and automations for welcome series and abandoned carts, implemented free shipping thresholds and optimised the website interface for both mobile and desktop.
As a result, AU and US traffic driven to the website via Meta ads was twice as likely to convert and the e-com conversion rate soared.
Direct to consumer sales growth? Check. Customers across Australia and the US decked out in bizarre graphic tees and hoodies? Check.
